Working with Functional Leads, Interfaces Lead, Reporting Lead and Data Lead to ensure all testing requirements are identified.Develop the testing plan and strategy
Document testing process
Maintain Microsoft Test Manager
Provide training and guidance for testers on testing process to ensure they are completely comfortable with process
participate in testing activities with Functional Leads, Interfaces Lead, Reporting Lead and Data Lead in accordance with testing plan and project timescales
Review and evaluate test results
Oversee follow-up action including liaising with Prodware on any re-working required, and subsequent re-testing as required
Responsible for final sign-off of on all testing
Provide weekly project status updates as required by the Project Manager
