We have an excellent opportunity for a Production and Events Production Professional to join Experis on a long term contract position working onsite with a global organisation who are a leader within their field.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in live events and video production to work in a busy high-tech corporate environment and build on their current skills base. The role will involve taking bookings/enquires, planning, project management of events, booking crew, 'front of house' on the day and hands-on prompting role in TV Studio.
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience of working in post production/production or an events environment and happy to turn their hand to a variety of tasks from event badging through to post event finance.
Key Responsibilities
Dealing with initial enquires via email and telephone, inputting bookings
Some front of house tasks, meeting & greeting visitors and mic handling
Assisting Event and Production Managers on a project by project basis
Efficiently manage events & filming projects, to ensure its smooth running and success
Ensuring that the event/production is cost effective
Co-coordinating all bookings, crew and media resources using the in house booking system
General administration including financial reporting
Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals; to represent the best interests of the company at all times
Ensuring that health & safety guidelines are followed
Budget control and post event invoicing, keeping accurate records at all times

Experience
Previous experience working in Live Events or TV Studio environment
Intermediate IT skills (Ideally both Apple Mac and Windows OS)
Bookings/workflow experience
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary: £165 per day
Hours: 4 days per week
