Job Description
Looking for candidates with a proven track record in ITSM business/process analysis, ideally with a minimum experience in delivering Service Request Management (SRM) solutions in Service Now.
- Must show evidence of previous business/process analysis experience.
- Knows how Service Request Mgt works and how this process interacts with Change Management and Config Mgt.
- ITIL qualified.
- Highly developed analytical skills.
- Experience dealing with End User/Client Computing related IT Services.
- Experience in process analysis, optimisation and documentation (preferably in ADOIT or similar enterprise process tool).
- Experience with the Service Now tool.(MANDATORY SKILL)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of data structures and normalisation.
- Basic knowledge of continual service improvement methodologies such as Lean and 6 Sigma.
