We have an immediate need for a Workday Business Analyst for a 6 month + contract based in Amsterdam.
We are looking for a Business Analyst skilled in either Workday Security or Workday HCM.
Job description:
As Business Analyst you are responsible for the analysis of the consequences of maintenance and change demand/requirements of the business and its impact on Workday and relating systems.
You perform high level impact analysis as well as detailed impact analysis.
You are skilled to translate Features into user stories HCM/Security for your BusDevOps team.
You are responsible for configuring (functional) changes in Workday.
As a Business Analyst you are part of the Workday team and therefore participate in all Agile/Scum events of the team.
You support and advice the Product Owner on HCM/Security in Workday.
Your work environment:
The new overarching IT system for HR, will be implemented.
The team is responsible for the support (maintenance and change) of the products and services that are delivered by the program.
