Start Date: 15th August – no flex on this date as project kick-off planned for thenLength Of Assignment: 6 months, extendable for 1 year
Location: Krakow, Poland. Up to 30-40% travel also, mainly to Tallin Estonia, but also to Bangalore India
Title: ServiceNow Project Manager
Project: Client has already implemented ServiceNow as a platform. They now want to implement an application on top of ServiceNow, using the HR & Finance modules of ServiceNow. They have appointed a 3rd party to come in to execute the implementation but want an independent Project Manager to plan & oversee this project. Blueprint not yet in place and no go live target yet set as they need advice on this. Will be global implementation, starting with Poland, Estonia, India, but will be rolling out to other countries
Role – This role involves planning the Project, discussing with the Finance & HR team what they want, then plan the execution. When the 3rd party company comes in this Project Manager would oversee the execution & manage the 3rd party. Set the project charter, design the solution and deal with the supplier.
Required Skills:
Strong Project Mgmt
Experience of at least two ServiceNow implementations, as Project Manager (no hands on Service Now experience needed) – could be any modules in Service Now, doesn’t have to be HR or Finance
English – native or fluent level, good communicator
Experience on global scale projects
Stakeholder Management, dealing with suppliers
Communication skills with business is a must,
Well organized and structured
Managing virtual team across all time zones
Plus / nice to see – HR & Finance experience in Service Now, but not essential
