SAP Training Lead/Manager, Change, SAP
Portland Resourcing are currently looking for a SAP Training/Change Lead, initially 6 month contract, based in the Netherlands.
Main skills:
- Training needs analysis
- Change management
- Communications
- Business process mapping
- Change impact analysis
- Development and delivery of blended training solutions using accelerated learning techniques
- Production of documentation to support systems implementation - user guides/workbooks/simulations
- Workshop facilitation
- Delivery of training by various methods - classroom based, train the trainer, 1-2-1 coaching, webinar
- User Acceptance Testing
- Vast experience working in SAP projects
