For our client, an international financial organization, we are looking for a Chargeback Expert, with extensive experience in chargeback, ability to solve cases quickly and efficiently and very autonomous.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the management direction and execution of dispute resolution strategies, practices and policies, including resolving customer disputes through arbitration
- Executes applications, policies and technical requirements of Exception Item processing
- Interacts with corporate and business units to provide support to customers
- Reviews and resolves arbitration and compliance cases
Profile:
- You have experience in reviewing compliance programs or policies and in making recommendations
- Helped improve performance of a compliance program and controls by identifying opportunities though analysis of data or metrics
- Demonstrated consistent success working with partners across other compliance areas in support of cross-function/global program
