Description
Service / Problem Manager wanted within an international bank in Zurich.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor's degree (university, college)
- At least three years' working experience within problem management
- Solid knowledge of service management and ITIL service operations (incident, problem and change management)
- Relevant experience in an IT related position at an Investment Bank
- ITIL certificate and other IT related qualifications
Your tasks:
- Managing the lifecycle of all problems from creation to closure as well as ensuring global problem management processes and adhered standards, including root cause identification and remediation activities
- Executing problem management processes and procedures in a consistent and well-timed manner; which includes conducting problem review meetings and producing key management reporting and analytics
- Verifying problem tickets on accuracy, up-to-dateness, consistency and high quality data for KPIs, reporting and analytics
- Producing stability reporting and analytics for senior and key stakeholders, highlighting instability themes, trends and remediation efforts for transparency, and presenting management information at meetings
- Contributing to global or technology/region specific processes and stability initiatives as part of continual service improvement
