Scrum Master for platform development project - encompassing all aspects of the scrum master role
Daily Scrums
Sprint Planning
Conduct Lessons Learned sessions and ensure feedback is used for subsequent sprints.
Arranging Sprint Demo
Provide inputs and action Process changes as/where required.
Ensure project objectives are met within the constraints of project scope, time, cost and required quality.
Coordinating and communication with project resources, internal team, stakeholders and vendors on all aspects of project progression/status
Measuring progress and monitoring performance (overall, scope, schedule, costs, quality)
Risk Management including issue escalation and resolution.
Post sprint and project reviews (retrospectives) to document and implement ongoing lessons learned.
In addition to working with them as part of the Scrum Team, you will work specifically with the Product Owner to:
Build an effective relationship between the Product Owner and Development Team. Drive transparency between the Scrum Team and stakeholders. Assist with internal and external communication, radiating information out from the team to stakeholders about performance, progress, risk. Support and educate the Product Owner in all aspects of Scrum, especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog. Work with Product Owner to create realistic release planning based on established team velocity and tracking release progress.
In working with the others across the organization beyond your Scrum Team, you will:
Help those outside the Scrum Team understand which of their interactions with the Scrum Team are helpful and which aren't. Help everyone change unhelpful interactions to maximize the value created by the Scrum Team. Champion agile principles and values across the organization Work with other Scrum Teams to identify and minimize dependencies
