Description
Voice & Unified Communications Engineer required to join Global blue chip.
Located in Milan, Rome or Genova
Duration - 1 year +
- Italian language us essential.
- At least 1-2 years of experience on Cisco VOIP in enterprise or SP.
- Good command of English
Technical skills:
- GUI configuration cluster CUCM, Unity e IM&Presence (ver. 9 o 10)
- Troubleshooting on CUCM
- Good experience on Jabber
- Good knowledge on SIP, HTTP, TFTP, SCCP, MGCP, RTP, H323 protocols
- Good knowledge on RTMT tool
- Previous experience with VGs and Legacy PBXs
