Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for planning, executing and monitoring daily operations of corporate action processing in line with agreed service level agreements
- Ensure efficient cooperation with other banking operations units
- Maintain regular contact with the clients for corporate actions issues
Your qualifications
- Profound work experience in the back office order processing
- Solid technical know-how in the corporate actions processing area (both voluntary and mandatory events)
- Competences in financial analysis
- Experience in funds would be highly appreciated
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Capability to autonomously get around in a highly challenging, fast-paced and complex environment
- Good team player
- French and English
