Description

On behalf of my client, a well-known life sciences company, we are currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator consultant for a 12 month project in central Switzerland.

Task:
  • Control import and export regulations
  • Provide customer with registrations samples
  • Make sure that all shipping documents are available
  • Monitoring import/export license
  • Support in preparing the sales budgets
  • Prepare shipping documents
  • Issue invoices
  • Coordination between supplier/customer/forwarder
  • Solve and contribute requested input for customer complaints and support corrective actions
  • Preparation of various financial and logistic related analysis
  • Keep deadlines


Requirements:
  • Business education; min. 3 years experience in SCM
  • Finance accountant experience of advantage
  • Experience in Pharma business
  • Good Knowledge in cooperation with the EMEA
  • Very good experience in MS-Office
  • Experience in SAP (SD) and (MM)
  • Ability to work process and project oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Able to handle different tasks in a timely manner
  • Languages: English fluent, german is an advantage

  • Office based in central Switzerland

  • 40hr weekly
