Description
My London based client is currently looking for a Service Integration & Implementation Manager/Project Manager to join them and manage the integration/implementation of a system replacement which is split across multiple suppliers.
Ensuring that the replacement system and services are delivered in accordance with the cut over plans. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they have integrated and implemented systems where by the services are delivered across multiple suppliers. It will be the responsibility of the successful candidate to work through the transition of the services with the suppliers, build exceptionally strong relationships with the 3rd party vendors, coordinate and plan all transition, integration and implementation activity including initial plans through to cut over and parallel running. The successful candidate will also need to have strong communication management experience, ensuring that all suppliers are aware of any business process change notifications etc. and will be responsible for putting together a transition communication plan.
Skills;
- Define implementation plan - so clear to all parties
- Agree Cutover Readiness criteria
- Create comprehensive step by step Cutover Plans
- Plan and Manage the execution of the completed Cutover plans
- Coordinate and Facilitate the transfer of service ownership between old suppliers and new
- Manage data migration activities; review suppliers data migration strategy, data migration plans and migration testing
- Producing a transition communication plan - and having the responsibility of delivering this
- Excellent Stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication Skills
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers simultaneously
- Plan arrange and control workshops
- Ability to raise and mitigate any Risk
- Prince 2
- At least 8 years PM experience
