Description

Our Client, a multibrand organisation operating the luxury market in Firenze (Italy) is looking for a RETAIL PROJECT MANAGER.

The ideal candidate must have:

Required:

- Proven Experience in Demand and Project management processes

- Knowledge in the IT Governance, Service Management, IT Operation and software delivery life cycle process

- Knowledge in IT process and procedures

- Experience on KPIs definition and presentation

- Knowledge in the SLAs and OLAs management

- Esperance in IT Strategy and IT Audit

- Relationship and presentation skills

- Good methodological approach in customer requirement collection and formalization

- Fluent English and Italian

Ideally the candidate is a young graduate in Engineering (Management Engineering or Information branch) or other technical and scientific discipline with experience in fashion or retail processes and ITIL certification.

EURO per day depending on the experience
