Description
Voice Engineer - VOIP Engineer - UC Engineer - CUCM - Unity - Cisco - Jabber.
Italian speaking Cisco Voice Engineer required for an initial 12 month contract based in Italy (Milan, Rome or Genoa).
You will have experience on Cisco VOIP and have the following skills:
- Troubleshooting on CUCM
- GUI configuration cluster CUCM, Unity, Presence
- SIP, HTTP, TFTP, RTP, H323 protocols
- Experience on Jabber
- Legacy PBXs
You will be a team player with strong customer relationship skills and have the passion to learn new technologies.
