EMEA Payroll Specialist (m/f)

Your tasks:
- You will perform payroll-related functions in accordance with country and local regulations, including but not limited to processing new hires, termination status changes, tax changes, wage garnishments, deductions and direct deposits
- You will review and verify payroll data in a timely manner, calculate overtime and other pay premiums and enter payroll data in accordance with country rules and regulations
- Responding to routine inquiries concerning payroll deductions and accruals, wage garnishments, child support payments and employment verifications
- You will assist with the development and implementation of payroll practices, policies, and procedures - also with related special projects as required
- You will help to handle the payroll process for EMEA countries, especially Germany, Switzerland and France
Your qualifications
- You have experience in HR/Payroll, Finance or Operations
- You have a strong analytical, problem solving personality - vendor management, control and customer servicing skills are desired
- An understanding of EU payroll tax laws, processes and policies and union requirements on time rules are part of your profile
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and effectively drive results
- This job may require flexibility to work with global teams across various time-zones
- You have at least good German and English skills
