Calypso Release Manager (Configuration Manager)
We are urgently seeking an experienced Calypso Release Manager (Configuration Manager) for a long-term contract in Stockholm with high probability of rolling 12 month extensions.
The Calypso Release Manager (Configuration Manager) will be responsible for the following configuration items:
* Code
* Configuration
* Documentation
To this end he or she maintains a logical model, containing the components of the IT infrastructure (CIs) and their associations.
Activities:
* to create a CM plan for the Release. The purpose of this document is to show that the Release has control of all the active Configuration items.
* to report to the Release organization any relevant information about the Configuration items that may affect longer term planning.
* to plan and facilitate parallel development, taking into fact
o environments
o code
o configuration
o documentation
o Releases
o projects
* to identify and document the functional and physical attributes of software/configuration at various points in time, ie set Baselines. This is at least done at SIT, UAT and Go-live.
