MAINS MISSION:
4G/3G/2G optimization and validation (feature/pilot/VSR) for Huawei
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Technical support for 2G/3G/4G integration and validation of new feature, support of pilot and optimization.
- Integration and optimisation of 2G/3G/4G feature
- Will ensure proper technical support is provided for achievement and maintenance of target 2G/3G/4G NW KPIs, will need strong Radio network optimization experience
- Will ensure a good communication with Customer contact throughout the project and with several optimization teams.
- Will support his/her management in establishing priority in order to achieve best possible balance customer satisfaction versus project planning
Customer care
- Provide 2G/3G/4G optimization technical support to customer teams.
- Reach customer satisfaction according to daily expectations
- Undertake the validation process of new feature
- Understanding and keeping under control the customer issues with the proper communication to the client.
Communication
- Provide daily/weekly report to management team
- Increase customer satisfaction and confidence by ensuring all issues identified are dealt with and provided a solution within the required timeframe.
Compétence/aptitudes:Technical competence:
Proven Huawei 3G/4G experience.
Sound knowledge of OSS Huawei management
ProvenLTE/WCDMA Radio network planning and optimization experiences
Proven LTE/WCDMA integration and validation of new feature
Excellent LTE/WCDMA system knowledge
Excellent knowledge of usual performance management tools: SW suite required such as Mapinfo, Actix/Nemo, XCAL/XCAP and performance management datamining tools such as Metrica, Optima, MYCOM or equivalent
Relationship competence
Autonomous, dynamic, opening mind
Directed satisfaction customer, autonomous, force of proposal and to show synthesis
Excellent internal and external communication
Linguistic capabilities:
French - English
Profile:Operational quickly
Experience: +/- 6 years in the LTE/WCDMA Network Planning Optimization with at least 2 years in 4g Huawei planning and/or Optimization.
Excellent LTE and UTRAN E2E network skills
Team working skills
Field operations skills
Proficient with Actix/Nemo/Atoll/GENEX
Proficient with OSS performance management post-treatment layers concept
Excellent experience of LTE/UTRAN protocols analysis
Mobility: Business trip to be envisaged in different cities in France/countries in Europe
