Description:

  • Accurate data entry and review of contractual details, including specifications, price, date of delivery and contractual provisions. Ensure contracts are acceptable per corporate defined Sarbanes Oxley and ICS controls. Other duties as assigned.
  • Review/approve and sign contractual documents on behalf of, per signature authority Matrix
  • Manages all phases of service agreement processing
  • Provides support to Sales, Service, Finance, Service Marketing and Accounts Receivable organizations and customers by researching and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalates issues to Customer Service management and follows up with proper documentation as necessary.
  • Requires the ability to analyze problems, develop solutions and communicate the resolution to team members as well as management.
  • Department point of contact for issues and questions relating to government contracts.
  • Interfaces with Credit and Collections, Sales OAG, Customer Service Center, Sales Teams, Management and other internal departments in resolving issues.
  • Interfaces with customers and senior management regarding solutions to complex problems.
  • May perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • 2- 5 years of experience in position or specialization.
  • SAP, Strong Attention to detail, MS Office Suite products, Salesforce, Excellent written and verbal communication, strong research and problem solving skills

Education:

  • Highschool/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable. Certification if applicable.
