1 year plus contract for Help desk associate should have stable work history and 5 + years help desk experience in a large corporate environment.
Must be self-starter and have excellent communication skills, be reliable and dependable. In addition to experience,
Candidates should have one or more Microsoft certification (A+, MCP, Net+) preferred and Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer related field
Experience with BMC (Remedy Software)
Experience with Avaya phone system software
Experience with Bomgar software Experience with Right Answers Software
Will work from 11:30am to 10:00pm Wednesday -Sunday.
Can work from home after training.
This position is for an Enterprise Help Desk analyst responsible for providing first level IT support for IT related business partner issues and service requests. Enterprise Help Desk provides service to internal clients on a 24x7 basis.
Description of responsibilities:
Answer 40 - 60 IT related phone calls or chats per day.
Provide first contact customer problem resolution >=64% in a multi-platform, diverse environment
Record, monitor, and follow up on client inquiries
Accurately follow documented processes and procedures to ensure business partner satisfaction rate is maintained at >=94%
Qualifications:
3+ years proven IT Help Desk experience
Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and Internet Explorer products Experience with Click to chat customer contact
Experience with Virtual Private Network(VPN)
Outstanding problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Strong commitment to team success High attendance reliability
Scheduling flexibility (potential to work evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Candidates should be local for training and able to pass 7 year criminal background check.
Must be able to work w2 hourly.
