I am currently looking for a Solutions Architect for a 3 month rolling contract in the Netherlands.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Contact Center projects.
- Avaya
- Cisco
- Genesys
- Experience defining Digital Strategy and rationalizing the Desktop Agent Road-map
The role will involve:
- Analyzing data and processes to develop viable, business-driven and cost-effective solutions
- Gathering information
- Interpreting systems requirements, using current and emerging technologies to develop and validate effective solutions
- Collaborating with system architects and business sponsors, using appropriate analytic techniques to promote continuous improvement.
