Specialist Internal Auditor - 8 Months - Melrose
An opportunity for an experienced internal auditor to work in a public sector organisation in Melrose. The role involves carrying out specific audits across all the organisations services covering the assurance of business risk, corporate governance and the entire internal control framework, producing meaningful and practical audit reports at the conclusion of each review, and making recommendations that will be effective in improving the governance and internal control systems within the organisation.
Essential Experience
You must have experience of carrying out reviews with the minimum of supervision within local government is essential and to be part of Internal Audit on a temporary basis and to contribute to the achievement of the risk-based annual audit plan.
