We are currently recruiting a Cutover manager for Copenhagen, Denmark.
Cut Over Manager:
As cutover manager you will be required to lead development and management of the Deployment Strategy to prepare the organization for a successful cutover and ERP implementation, including Legacy decommissioning, Business Freeze/Continuity, Site Readiness, Contingency Planning, Post Go-Live Stabilisation, and Support Organisation Transition.
Activities include
- Create Cut over plan
- Call out dependencies and line them up as per the cut over plan
- Organize de-brief session with team and dependencies
- Execute the cut over plan
- Manage contingencies and upsets
