One of our clients is currently looking for a SAP SRM Consultant for a role in Riyadh for a support Implementation project.
Focus on Topics:
Self Service Procurement:
- Processing shopping carts
- Searching for sources of supply centrally
- Processing purchase orders in SRM
- Inbound processing and receipt confirmation with warehouse management
- Confirming receipt of inbound goods in SRM
- Processing invoices in SRM
- Verifying logistics invoices in background
- Verifying logistics invoices in background
Operational Sourcing:
- Create Request for Quotations (RFQ)
- Process RFQ
- Approve RFQ
- Confirm RFQ participation
- Submit quotation
- Track status of RFQ
- Select a quotation as the winner
- Approve winning quotation
- Create purchase order in SRM
- Replicate purchase order to ERP
Operational Sourcing Bid:
- Create Request for Quotations (RFQ)
- Process RFQ
- Approve RFQ
- Confirm RFQ participation
- Submit quotation
- Track status of RFQ
- Select a quotation as the winner
- Approve winning quotation
- Create purchase order in ERP
Central Contract Management:
- Central contract creation based on operational contract condition parameters. Distribution of approved central contract into your connected single or multiple SAP ERP Back End systems. Consuming operational contract during purchases in the respective Back End system.
