Description
A Service Desk Analyst is required for a 3 month contract (likely to extend) based in Gloucester paying up to £13.50 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella)
Working for a well-established Public Sector organisation you will be providing 1st line support to end users.
your responsibilities will include call logging and account issues as well as basic troubleshooting, providing a resolution where possible - or escalating to 2nd/3rd line support. For this role you need to have previous experience within a remote support/Helpdesk/Service Desk position at 1st line level - preferably going into 2nd line with technical experience and knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7.
These positions are to start ASAP and will pay between £11 + HP PAYE or £13.50 Ltd/umbrella per hour depending on experience.
