Sales Administrator - Coleshill - c12 Months/Potential Permanent Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our expanding and busy team to provide timely and accurate administration service to the recruitment team; complying with our service standards, procedures and legislation.
Responsibilities will included:
*Call Answering - Client Enquiries, Contractor Enquiries, general response calls.
*Candidate CV prepping and submission through our and the customers' systems, meeting deadlines.
*MI Reporting, daily & monthly
*Registering of candidates
*Keeping on top of housekeeping (Profile database cleansing)
*Audit of compliance against customer agreements in relation to referencing, identity checks and any additional requirements.
*CV uploading, working deadlines, declining of roles, MI reporting and all on boarding requirements.
