The Responsibilities/required skills are as follows:
- Previous experience with Systems Integration
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Excellent problem solving and planning skills
- Exceptional verbal and formal non-verbal communications
- Ability to engage effectively with different levels of management
- Solid understanding of negotiation and mediation theory, strategies and practices
- Experienced with SI and Software vendors in terms of deliverables from a contractual perspective
- Knowledgeable and experienced in large IT software and hardware implementations
- Ability to prioritize time and activities on most problematic vendors
- Strong project management skills to properly plan, execute and report on vendor compliance
- Experienced in measuring performance SLAs
- Ability to assess the relevance/timing of invoking contractual terms
- Spirited team player with the ability to work as a positive role model and catalyst for change
- Ability to foster and motivate cross vendor team engagement when facilitating issue mediation & resolution
- Preference is for a strong legal background
