Description
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 8 years or more of equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Requirements:

8 - 12 YEARS experience in ITSM practice in managing various ITIL process roles, viz., Incident Manager, Problem Manager, Change Manager, Asset and/or Configuration Manager

Experience in Process designing and supervising execution in at least 2 ITSM engagements

ITIL 2011 Expert/ITIL 2011 Intermediate Certified

Knowledge of ITSM Tools

Capability to deliver ITIL Training and Workshops

Excellent team management skills and inter-personal skills

Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills and facilitation skills

Good documentation and process flow diagramming skills

Graduate or Postgraduate in Management/Engineering/Computer sciences preferred
