THE ROLE
The role will provide technical support, advice, guidance, training and mentoring to teams both on and off shore. You will be the escalation point for queries escalated to you by the onshore Support team and as such excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the weekly progress reports are accurate and suitable for external circulation to the client's customers ahead of the weekly Progress review meetings. Other responsibilities include representing the client in customer and market facing meetings, involvement in leading innovation and or process improvement as well as change projects and acting as an ambassador for the client.
