Description
My client, a leading gaming brand, urgently requires an Interim Finance Analyst to support a major transformation merger programme.
Working across a variety of workstreams you will develop a range of analysis, reporting and forecasts and to support the merger and understand how and when integration synergies will be delivered. You will also provide an understanding of the new Merger operational cost base working closely with relevant stakeholders including Finance, Procurement and the Divisions to ensure robust base plans are produced through knowledge of the integration implementation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner with strong Corporate experience
- M&A experience in a CMA transaction environment and/or supporting major change programmes in a corporate environment
- Ability to recognise anomalies across multiple work areas and critical situations and respond appropriately
- Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external stakeholders at the level of detail required to resolve issues of significant complexity
- Relevant accounting qualification ACA, CIMA, ACCA
