Your tasks:
- Receive, validate and process international software orders
- Process in SAP: delivery creation, invoicing and post goods issue
- Provide guidelines and customer support
- Manage customer service levels plus resolve technical questions
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, software partners and affiliates
Your qualifications
- Commercial or administrative background
- Very good English knowledge oral and written
- Very good SAP EPR knowledge is a must
- Experience in an order management tool is nice to have
- Import/export knowledge is nice to have
