We are looking for a SAP training lead to join a leading organisation in Chicago, you will be a key member of the programme change and training team. Is proactive and collaborative in their engagement, is outgoing and can motivate others with their presence and can fit into a challenging programme that is target orientated whilst delivering quality material.
The organisation is undergoing a 5 year programme to implement SAP over multiple releases. The Training lead will work closely with the systems integrator to assess and understand the training implications of the SAP implementation and transformation programme.
- You will identify a list of key training stakeholders and define their goals and expectations
- Create and manage the training plan and schedule of work, alongside systems integrator.
- Help develop an appropriate training approach for the project
- Support Business readiness approach and business readiness checklist
- Provide go live support as and when required
- Ensure sustainability of training beyond the life of the project
Candidate must have a strong training background, with experience of leading the delivery of training requirements for an SAP global implementation. Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly capable trainer in their own right.
