Description

Our global client are looking to hire multiple Support Analysts to join the team in Galway. Please note this is NOT a technical role.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring applications/infrastructure

Change management

Watching the deadlines and prioritising the tickets

Dashboard monitoring, tracking all the tasks

Chasing tickets

Working with the support team

1st Line support

Incident management

Monitoring elevations/dashboards

Joining major incident calls

Using onenote

40 hour week
