Sales Analyst - Operational Support

£130 - £150 Per day based on experience - 5 month contract, with scope for extension

Inner London Based

I am exclusively looking for a Sales Analyst based in Inner London on a 5 month contract. The purpose of the role is to provide Operational support across the entire UK & Ireland business and contributes to revenue growth through the effective implementation of sales initiatives/projects.

The role pays £130 - £150 per day based on experience and there is a strong possibility of it being extended for a further after your initial 5 month period.

The main roles and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Assisting with the implementation of sales operations initiatives such as customer relationship management, customer satisfaction programme, sales development and sales ops infrastructure projects.
  • Assisting the local sales function in opportunity management tracking providing frequent reports on the sales cycle, reporting progress and highlighting potential dangers on opportunities.
  • Assisting with client specific proposals and provides input to reports for the sales leadership and community.
  • Coordinating sales ops activities/projects with other functions including service, consulting and business lines.
  • Providing program and project management support to document and coordinate deal processes and system rollouts ensuring appropriate follow up on actions leading to the seamless execution of plans.

The essential experience needed for the role is:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of four (4) years relevant sales/service or marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Clear and concise communication skills including strong presentation Skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Relationship building skills and Problem solving skills.
  • CRM/Salesforce, Hyperion, SAP knowledge and Excel skills preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry a plus
