Senior Consultant Transfer Pricing (f/m)
Our client is one of Germanies biggest Airlines. We are looking for a Senior Consultant to support us with deep know how in transfer pricing between the German head office and the US based subsidiary.
Deliverables:
- A detailed memorandum supporting the change of transfer prices from a commission based structure to a remuneration based structure
- Analyse the cost base of the subsidiary
- Conduct a research to develop a set of independent companies that provide services similar to those performed by the subsidiary
- Develop guidelines for the profit levels to be achieved by the subsidiary with the goal of having such transactions being commensurate with the arm´s length standard
- Support the legal counsel with drafting the appropriate intercompany agreements to reflect the revised business model from a US as well as a German tax perspective
- Prepare documentation to support the actual results under the new business model after years' end
Your Profile:
- Tax professional with 10+ years of consulting experience, preferably in a Big 4 environment
- 10+ years of professional experience in the field of transfer pricing
- 10+ years of professional experience in both, US Tax Law as well as German Tax Law
- Preferably based in New York
