Patient Financial Representative
Description:
Research and validate patient health insurance.
Assist with billing and collection issues.
Research and assist with Charity Care support.
Provides technical and administrative support to project manager(s).
Requirements:
HS/GED required
One year experience researching and validating commercial primary insurance, health care billing and collections.
Charity care experience
One year patient account management experience including charges, payments, credit/debit analysis. Two years of customer service experience.
Experience in Microsoft office suite and three years general office experience
Ability to resolve problems without delay and/or to seek managerial intervention and operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines.
