Education and Experience
High school diploma or higher.
Professional experience of at least 2 years in an IT support environment.
Knowledge of desktop/laptop OS; Windows7.
Knowledge of Active Directory and system administration.
Knowledge of Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of user account maintenance and file/folder permissions and shares.
Fluency in both written and oral English.
