IT Process Consultant Senior - Bank
IT Senior Process Consultant required for a project with a leading bank with the choice to work in either Copenhagen or Stockholm.
Desired Experience and Capabilities
The resource should have experience with creating detailed yet simple, clear and pedagogical Work Instructions, in alignment with process requirements (on a level of details that include eg screen shots showing which buttons to press in a tool).
Knowledge about and experience with Remedy will be an advantage.
He/she should be good at relating to people, a good listener, and also capable of taking own initiative and propose solutions, when clear answers are not already in place.

Ability to work with ambiguous requirements
Capable of acting as a driver for process creation and improvement
Ability to consistently deliver within a high pressure/hard delivery environment.
Facilitates regular Process Workshops
Clear communication and reporting
Delivers
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
English is the only language required.
