Job Description:
The successful candidates will currently hold a Team Leader (E1.1) for 1 year.
The Substantive Team Leader typical responsibilities include workflow management, performance management of individuals and the team, driving performance and improving productivity and operational efficiency. The Team Leader will also act as a point of contact for Mentors (E0.3) and will mentor them in their roles.
Essential criteria:
Currently as E1.1 Level for minimum 12 months.
Is performing as expected in their current role, demonstrated by meeting of all expected KPI's, targets, objectives, etc.
Desirable criteria
Varying experience in managing people in previous employment.
