Position Title: Customer Support Service Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Refer to the industry's best practices to optimize customer support service product design services in the field of architecture.
- Be familiar with the customer support service product and frame in industry, have experience with intelligent support service product (for example, Cisco's Smartnet Total).
- Instruct the client to optimize the service product portfolio in customer support field and design intelligent support service product.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor degree or above, with 15+ years working experience in IT industry.
- 5+ years working experience in network operation field.
- Familiar with customer support service product, have experience with intelligent support service product (for example, Cisco's Smartnet Total).
- ITIL knowledge.
- Familiar with the network operation work flow in at least one of the industries (finance, energy, transportation, government).
