Estates Manager - Healthcare - Wales - 6-9 months - Negotiable £ DOE - Start ASAP
A Healthcare organisation in Wales are currently looking for an Estates Manager on a contract basis.
Criteria:
- Estates management experience
- Preventative Planned Maintenance experience (PPM) - Strong understanding of the PPM system
- Experience with ventilation/electricity
- Experience with Estates Compliance - for example equality act (DDA)
