We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to join their project in China.

Position Title: IT O&M Tools Architect
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: September 2016
Duration: 12 months initially

Responsibilities:
- Understand customer’s requirement of monitoring and management tools and give the corresponding tools solution.
- Be familiar with the feature of industry’s mainstream monitoring and ITSM tools and provide the optimizing solution for the client’s tools development.
- Leading and training the tools team in delivery project to complete the implementation of tools installation, configuration and optimization.
- Architecture design for the whole operation and maintenance tools solution.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Be proficient in Linux/Windows, be familiar with virtualization technology, such as VMware, KVM , Xen.
- Have heterogeneous platform development ability: strong foundation in JAVA, Python, Ruby, be familiar with io, distributed, caching, message, search and other mechanisms.
- With the experience of mainstream ITSM operation and maintenance tools (CA, Remeda, Tivoli, OpenView) configuration /maintenance or be experienced in other automated operation and maintenance platform designing and development.
- Be familiar with configuration management tools (such as Chef/Puppet) and monitoring tools (such as Zabbix, Nagios).
- Open to frequent global travel.
- Fluent English (oral and written). Chinese is preferred.
