Job Description:
- Skill Requirement (Must) - Experience working within Banking Environment (current) - This is MANDATORY
- Certified Lean Sigma Black Belt for Senior Level Roles (20% of the requirement) and Green Belt ( 80% of the requirement)
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Process Excellence/Change Management.

Detail Job Description
- The role will play a key role in supporting Performance Excellence in Lean Sigma and Re Engineering within IT and achieve targeted improvements in the processes that are considered Enterprise level blockers. Day to day activities will include the following core tasks:
- Scope whole business area using process maps and to decide on best areas/projects for improvement/automation using a data driven/VOC approach.
- Project Manage a portfolio of agreed projects arising from the point above from Define Stage through to project completion and benefits realization.
- Hold regular workshops and report out to Senior Stakeholders including EXCO members
- Write data driven monthly reports
- Deliver projects using a set of appropriate Continuous Improvement concepts and tools
- Identify opportunities to drive out waste and improve efficiency using automation, working where appropriate, with other parts of the business to realise the opportunities
- Work in conjunction with Continuous Improvement Specialists in other functions to ensure that best practice and improvement initiatives are shared
- Ensure all projects monitor a balanced scorecard of Quality, Cost and Delivery
- Work with teams to ensure actions are Risk Assessed using the industry standard Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Adherence to management of Risk and Internal Controls
