Description
IT Services Demand Manager (Service Delivery) is required by a global company to join their IT Management team and be responsible for providing the interface between IT Services and the business teams across the world.
You will be responsible for:
- developing relationships with key internal stakeholders across the organisation as well as 3rd party suppliers
- managing the demand and setting the direction for new services and changes to existing services
- acting as a point of contact for service quality issues and demands
- representing IT Services across the organisation and ensuring that business is aware of IT policies and procedures
Required experience and skills:
- excellent communication and influencing skills
- strong customer facing skills
- experience of working on a global/multinational scale programme
- extensive experience in delivering technology enabled business change
- good knowledge of all aspects of IT Services Delivery
- project management skills
