Description

IT Services Demand Manager (Service Delivery) is required by a global company to join their IT Management team and be responsible for providing the interface between IT Services and the business teams across the world.

You will be responsible for:

  • developing relationships with key internal stakeholders across the organisation as well as 3rd party suppliers
  • managing the demand and setting the direction for new services and changes to existing services
  • acting as a point of contact for service quality issues and demands
  • representing IT Services across the organisation and ensuring that business is aware of IT policies and procedures

Required experience and skills:

  • excellent communication and influencing skills
  • strong customer facing skills
  • experience of working on a global/multinational scale programme
  • extensive experience in delivering technology enabled business change
  • good knowledge of all aspects of IT Services Delivery
  • project management skills
