Service Delivery Consultant- Contract- Based in Brazil
This is a contract role with our Global end user client who are undergoing global IT transformation. They are looking to hire Service Delivery consultants with solid ITIL background who will assist in developing the service delivery within a geographical area. You should have strong background of working within Global or national programmes as a Service Delivery Consultant or a Service Transition Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for the operating companies and to face off against the Managed Service Provider who are doing the business Transformation for our client. You will be responsible to monitor service performance and work with 3rd parties to ensure business needs are met in the most cost effective manner.
Duration- 6 months
