The Complaint Resolution Team handle and resolve escalated complaints and use their technical knowledge and strong relationships with third party companies to complete thorough investigations in order to deliver fair outcomes to customers.

The Complaint Resolution Administrators provide support to the team by ensuring they work within defined deadlines for processing customer payments, updating records, responding to queries and sending out communications to customers.

To be successful in role you will hold the following preferred knowledge and experience:

  • Administration experience ideally in a Financial Services environment
  • Previous compliant handling experience would be preferred
  • Dealing with third party companies
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good written and oral skills
