Description
IT Validation Consultant CSV Project Manager LIMS Laboratory IT. My client, a Pharmaceutical Company in Dublin is looking for an IT Validation Consultant to help their Global LIMS team in the form of a Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and take on the following responsibilities:
- Define key performance indicators and report accordingly
- Define validation approach derived from global standards
- Leads validation activities including creation of Validation Plan and Validation report
- Performs tollgate reviews according to the project schedule, and escalates any critical findings/risks to the Project Manager and project steering committee
- Support projects during internal/external inspections
- Good understanding and knowledge of business processes in a global health care industry
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of the compliance regulations (GxP/GAMP, Data Privacy).
- Experience in the validation of computerised systems
- Good understanding of Information Security, knowledge on the best practices
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (change management, incident management, etc.)
- Definition of new processes or methodologies in complex organisations
- Good understanding of commercial business processes and objectives
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of IT Project Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, others an asset)
- High level of customer focus with proven problem solving skills
- Higher education, such as a degree in Information Technology and/or relevant business education w/10 years minimum experience with IT Quality and Laboratory Systems
- 8 years experience in project management - expert at building and tracking project plans and risk management
- 4 years direct people management experience
