Description
Looking for a CASS expert. Must have been doing CASS for the past 3 years/be a CASS subject matter expert. Will need experience working within Platforms, Fund or Wealth Management companies. Will also consider experience working at Big 4 auditors or the FCA. Investment banking experience as a last resort.
CASS industry experience should include Platform businesses or Transfer Agents, or failing that fund management companies.
Previous responsibilities desirable:
. Highly capable CASS professional with extensive experience across CASS compliance.
. Responsibility/Oversight of the Client Money Reconciliation process ensuring the Requirement was met daily and ensured compliance with the FCA's Client Money Rules.
. Responsibility/Oversight over Client Money policies and reviews to ensure compliance with the new CASS regulations.
Review and investigation of breaches and remediation actions
. Responsibility/Oversight over the CASS Resolution Pack.
. Managed technical analysis of testing, investigation and resolution with regards to the regulation.
. Responsibility/Oversight of the FCA's regulations regarding client money (CMAR) reporting.
