Description
Red is searching for IT Project Coordinator for multiple implementation projects located in Chico, North Carolina.
This a 12 Month contracting opportunity with our direct end client. They are offering an hourly rate and travel expenses when visiting other locations outside the Chico area.
Job Requirements:
- Assist the program/project managers and team with detailed planning development, implementation, tracking and monitoring.
- In collaboration with Program/Project Manager, support activities thorough the entire project life cycle including:
- Governance scheduling, preparation and communication
- Risk Management
- Vendor management
- Assist in definition & communication of project objectives, and monitor progress toward objectives.
- Support the good execution of NPS methodology by assisting the Project/Program Manager in preparing the documentation and other related activities
- Assist in definition & communication of project risks, and monitor and communicate updates as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between Project Managers et Portfolio Office
Skills/Experience:
- Studies/experience: Experience in Project Management including methodology, techniques & tools
- Skills and qualification: Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ability to teamwork, problem solving & activities prioritization, good documentation skills, and attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience with GAMP and regulatory requirements (FDA part 820, 21 CFR part 11 and European) is a plus
- Financial reporting skills a plus
- Proficient in the use of relevant software:
- PowerPoint
- Excel
- Project Management tools (MS Project, OPX2) & Livelink
