Communications Manager - Vendor Management System - 6 months - Halifax
A top retail bank based in Halifax is currently seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join a large transformation programme for an initial 6 month period.
Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables
The Communications Manager will support the delivery of strategic and business critical internal communications programmes and initiatives for the CWS project, working proactively with workstream leads/stakeholders to define and agree the overarching communications strategy/plan. The Communications Manager will draft and publish communications in agreement with workstream leads, Lead Project Managers and the Programme Manager, guidance/consultation will be provided by the Internal Communications Business Partner in Group Corporate Affairs.
Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Experienced in creating relationships with key business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting the process to shape communications and business decisions
- Experienced defining and agreeing a Comms strategy/plan for effective communication, engagement and channel mix
- Can demonstrate previous experience held within the communications workstream of large-scale organisational and working with the business to agree the detailed communications plan
- Can demonstrate experience working together with third party suppliers and internal project stakeholders
